As the Clinic Director, Sarah is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while leading her team with a commitment to excellence. She ensures that every patient receives personalized, evidence-based treatment in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Sarah earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University, where she also completed her undergraduate studies. With a passion for helping patients achieve optimal movement and function, she has developed expertise in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from chronic pain to sports injuries.

A highly skilled manual therapist, Sarah specializes in techniques that promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore correct movement patterns. Dr. Allen is the owner of BioMechanic Physical Therapy. Her Doctorate is from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She also holds a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Temple University. Her undergraduate work includes a BS in Zoology and a BA in Studio Art obtained simultaneously from the University of Maryland at College Park.

She has specialized in Foot & Ankle physical therapy since 2004 and works with adults and children.

Dr. Julianne Cusick

Dr. Julianne Cusick, PT, DPT, brings over a decade hands-on experience to BioMechanic Physical Therapy, combining expert care with a personalized, patient-first approach. She specializes in treating a wide range of conditions—from pediatric and sports injuries to TMJ disorders, vestibular issues, and age-related concerns—using evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual.

Jules is certified in Dry Needling, a highly effective method for relieving muscle tension and restoring mobility, and is trained in leading manual therapy techniques, including Mulligan, McKenzie, and Maitland. She also creates custom foot orthotics to support long-term movement and performance.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and a BS from Emory & Henry College (graduating Cum Laude), Jules is passionate about helping patients of all ages return to the activities they love. Born in New Delhi, India, she has advanced skills in orthopedic and neurological conditions, holding specialty certifications in orthopedic manual therapy(COMT) and Dry Needling (CMTPT) in addition to utilizing Maitland joint mobilization techniques, IASTM, and muscle/joint taping to improve tissue loading and joint mechanics.

Aditi earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Virginia, following her BS in Physical Therapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, India. Hanna Jefson is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant who has been helping patients move better since graduating with her PTA degree in 2016. She is currently furthering her education working toward completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

With a passion for running, Hanna specializes in running rehabilitation, helping athletes of all levels return to pain-free, efficient movement. She combines her clinical expertise with personal experience to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Hanna also serves as a Clinical Instructor, where she has spent several years mentoring and educating PTA students, supporting the next generation of physical therapy professionals.

Hanna enjoys spending time with her beloved Ragdoll cat, Maverick.

Noble Smith

Noble is a highly experienced Physical Therapist Assistant who began clinical practice in 2012 with a degree from Keiser University. He has a proven track record of working with diverse patient populations with particular strength in post-surgical rehabilitation and orthopedic care. Noble also specializes in neck pain management, orthotics, and Parkinson’s rehabilitation.

Noble is Certified in LSVT BIG + LOUD, a proven technique for Parkinson’s and other movement disorders.  He blends clinical expertise with a uniquely motivational style that keeps patients engaged and steadily progressing. Noble’s ability to inspire, along with his deep knowledge and experience makes him a trusted and highly effective professional.

Gary Yagoda MPT, ATRIC

“Dr. Tara” earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University and brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Specializing in treating neck and back conditions, she provides exceptional care to all orthopedic patients.

As a former dancer, Tara has a unique understanding of the demands of the sport and is passionate about helping athletes recover and return to performing at their best. She’s dedicated to keeping all her patients active and doing what they love most, whether it’s pursuing their favorite hobbies or achieving new goals.

Outside of the clinic, Tara enjoys cooking, baking, trying new restaurants, and being outdoors. Her holistic approach to health and movement reflects her commitment to helping patients thrive in all aspects of life.

Dr. Brennan Zapf, DPT, CMTPT

Dr. Brennan holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Saint Francis University, along with minors in Neuroscience and Psychology. His diverse clinical background includes experience in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings, with areas of focus in orthopedics, stroke, lack of oxygen to the brain, brain tumors, and complex case management. He is certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Manual Therapy, and Dry Needling, enabling a holistic and evidence-based approach to rehabilitation.

As Clinic Director at BioMechanic Physical Therapy, Brennan Zapf leads a team of highly skilled and compassionate physical therapists dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. He oversees clinic operations and drives strategic initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

With an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, he brings a strong foundation in transformational leadership, entrepreneurial strategy, and collaborative management. His approach integrates business insight with a deep commitment to clinical excellence.

Lisa brings a unique blend of professional skill, energy, and warmth to our clinic. A proud military wife and devoted mom of two, Lisa thrives on sunshine, outdoor adventures, and quality time near the water. Whether she’s at the beach or pool, her vibrant spirit is always on display.

Lisa earned her Associate of Applied Science degree and obtained her PTA license through Concorde Career College in San Diego. Her strong clinical training is matched by her passion for movement and wellness—she even has experience teaching group fitness classes, so don’t hesitate to ask her for a quick workout tip!

Hanna is a recent graduate from Jefferson College of Health Science in Roanoke, Virginia, receiving her PTA degree. Since her arrival, Hanna and Dr. Sarah Donahue have created themselves as a team. Here at BioMechanic PT Dr. Donahue has been doing intensive training with Hanna, teaching all of her techniques so that Hanna and Dr. Donahue will be a seamless duo. This will allow Dr. Donahue’s loyal following to both be seen by her and by Hanna. It will make more appointments available on Dr. Donahue’s heavily demanded schedule — allowing you to get Sarah’s knowledge and direction and she will have Hanna as an extra pair of skilled hands
